d) “Service” refers to the services provided by Realer® Purse, Bags, Handbags as described in Clause 5.

2. Products sold
We make every effort to display accurate information on our website, including product images, descriptions, pricing, availability and shipping information. However, the images, sizes, colors and other details of the products on our site are provided by our suppliers and so we cannot guarantee that they are always completely accurate.
While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate information and keep our website up to date, it may happen that product prices, availability and other information on our site is incorrect due to typographical errors, inaccurate supplier information or other errors.
We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to reasonable family or business needs. Clerical, photographic and/or typographical errors are subject to correction.
3. Order acceptance and pricing
Your order constitutes an offer to Realer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm this via email after you place an order. The purchase contract between us and you as the purchaser will only conclude once you have received this email.
Product pricing may vary from time to time, but price changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation email. Price comparisons to identical products offered elsewhere may not apply as products and promotional offers are not always identical across retailers.
In the unlikely event we reject your order, we will refund you the full amount you have paid.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods on our website:
- PayPal
- All major credit and debit cards accepted through online payment portal
- Gift cards (where available)
Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
We will charge your card/account when we dispatch your order. You must provide valid credit/debit card details and billing address, or other approved payment details, with your order.
By submitting your order, you agree that we may verify the information you provide through available means, including consumer reporting agencies.
5. Delivery policy
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on business days within 2-5 days of order confirmation. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.
Public holidays and sale periods may affect dispatch times. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays.
We will email you with carrier tracking information when an order dispatches from our warehouse. You may need to acknowledge receipt of your order before the carrier will leave it if a signature is required.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order leaves our warehouse. Carrier transit times vary and delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We rely on delivery partners to deliver your order and cannot take responsibility for carrier delays.
If our couriers attempt delivery and nobody is available to take delivery, you will be notified how to rearrange delivery or collect your order from a local depot. If you do not collect your order or respond to delivery notifications, we will cancel your order and refund the purchase amount, excluding any delivery costs.
We only deliver products to the address entered with your order. We do not deliver to P.O boxes. Some exclusions apply in remote areas and locations outside of the continental United States. Additional delivery restrictions and surcharges may apply for certain locations. We will contact you if these apply to your order.
Damaged or defective products must be reported to Realer Customer Service within 3 days of delivery. We may request photo evidence of damage or defects and will determine if a replacement or refund is required. For hygiene reasons intimate apparel must be returned unused and in original unopened packaging for refund or exchange.
6. Promotions & Sales
We may offer promotional codes, discounts, gifts with purchase, competitions and other promotions from time to time.
The following terms apply to promotions:
- Promo codes must be entered at checkout to redeem offers.
- One promo code is redeemable per order unless otherwise stated.
- Gifts with purchase are subject to availability and substitutions may occur without notice.
- Promo codes and offers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
- Offers are subject to availability, while stocks last.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without notice.
- Promo codes and other offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.
- Delivery surcharges may apply to promotional orders.
- All offers are limited to individual household use only and may be reclaimed if used excessively, for resale or combined with other offers.
We hold sales events on our website. Products may be listed at reduced pricing for a limited duration. Sale event products remain on sale until sold out or the event end time is reached.
Limited product quantities apply to all sales and promotions. Products may sell out at any time. Realer reserves the right to discontinue a sale product at any time.
Sale products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully as refunds do not apply if you later change your mind.
7. Product warranties and guarantees
Realer provides a warranty on all products purchased through this website. This covers defects in manufacturing and materials for the warranty period stated on each product page.
Some products will have longer or shorter warranty periods. Please check individual product pages for the warranty that applies to any item you purchase.
The warranty period commences on the date you purchased the product.
Within the warranty period we will replace or repair any items that have manufacturer faults or defects. To make a warranty claim please contact Realer Customer Service and provide proof of purchase plus photos showing the issue or damage.
We will cover return shipping costs for warranty claims. Customers are responsible for safely packaging and returning warranty items to Realer. We cannot take responsibility for return shipping damage if items are not packaged adequately.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, negligence or modification of the product. The warranty is void if original components are replaced with non-original parts.
Any warranty provided does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8. Returns and refunds
Customers have 14 days after receiving an order to return products for a full refund. Items must be returned in original unused condition with tags still attached. We do not accept returns of intimate apparel, swimwear, cosmetics or pierced jewelry.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using registered mail and obtaining proof of postage/tracking for all returns to demonstrate the items have been returned should they go missing in transit.
Refunds only apply to the value of the goods returned, not the original delivery costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Sale items, gift cards and personalised or custom made products are non-refundable unless faulty or defective.
To receive a refund or replacement, contact Realer Customer Service to make a return claim. We will provide instructions for returning the products. Refunds and replacements are made once items are received back by our warehouse team and inspected.
Realer reserves the right to modify return policies for special events or promotions with prior notice.
9. Shipping Fees
We aim to be transparent about shipping fees. Our shipping fees are:
- Standard shipping within the continental USA – $8
- Express shipping within the continental USA – $15
- Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii – $20
- Shipping to Canada – $25
- International shipping – varies by location – calculated during checkout
No shipping fee is charged on orders over $200.
Extra surcharges may occasionally apply in outlying areas where carrier service is limited. We will inform you if this impacts your order during checkout.
10. Taxes
All stated prices are in USD. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and added to the order total.
11. User accounts
When you create an account on our website, you guarantee the information provided is accurate and truthful. Any false or inaccurate information may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and account information. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access so we can protect your account.
Realer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts which violate our terms and conditions. We may also limit account privileges or restrict access to parts of our website.
Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before creating an account. Parents may email Realer to request account information or request account termination if they did not consent to a child registering.
12. User reviews
Customers are invited to leave reviews of products they have purchased. By submitting a review, you agree that it is your own work, honest opinion and does not contain unlawful content.
Submitted reviews become the copyright of Realer. We reserve the right to modify or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews which contain illegal, offensive or inappropriate content or personal attacks will be removed. Customers posting false or defamatory content may have accounts suspended or terminated.
13. Limitation of Liability
Realer shall not be liable for any damages or loss incurred by users arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or products, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, including lost revenue or profits.
We do not make any representations about the suitability of our products for any purpose. Any reliance you place on information on our website is strictly at your own risk.
Realer disclaims liability for any product defects, damages, delays or losses resulting from shipping and handling.
